Return & Refunds

We offer a 14-day money back guarantee from date of purchase on all orders (on certain products only) . If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the products back to Shopbah for a full refund of the purchase price (less original shipping and handling fees). Shipping costs for any returns will not be reimbursed.

An original receipt is required for all returns of non-defective items. Returns of non-defective items must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender.

Defective products may be returned within a reasonable period of time from date of purchase for a replacement or merchandise credit only.

In order to receive a refund, you must first email our Customer Service Department helpdesk@shopbah.com  for the return authorization code.

Requirements for a valid return:
- Proof of purchase (order number, buying invoice, etc)
- Bank details in Return Form if original payment are made via iPay88 or Cash On Delivery.
- Include printed Return Form and OneTrooper Tax Invoice in each return package box.
- Return reason has to be valid and returns acceptance conditions mets.

Please repackage the item(s) in the original packaging, enclose the Return Authorization number issued with your return. Insure the package and ship via the carrier of your choice to:
